Carols by Candlelight
Thank you to all who gave so generously at our 'Carols by Candlelight' service on 22 December, 2014. A total of £250.58 was raised for the 'Holyhead Hospice at Home'.
More Tea, Vicar?
'More Tea, Vicar?' was held in the afternoon at 2.00p.m. in the church hall, Valley to raise money for St. Michael's church. We had a cake stall, book stall and a Christmas craft stall plus a grand raffle. £770.45 was raised, so a big thank you to everyone for helping to make it such a success.
Advent Messy Church29 November, 2014
Candle table decorations, Christmas tree cards and Advent calendars along with the story of the camels that carried the three wise men to Bethlehem to give their gifts to the King!
This was our messy church, the Lamb of God, born in a stable, Jesus, the Light of the World. A very big thank you to everyone for all your help and support on the day.
Service of Celebration for the new Ministry of Bro Cwyfan23 November, 2014
The Service of Celebration for the beginning of the new Ministry Area of Bro Cwyfan was held in St. Michael's Church, Valley at 11.00am followed by food and refreshments in the church hall.
On Sunday, 5 October, a wonderful Harvest Thanksgiving Service was held at Trinity Church, Bryngwran. Many members and friends took part, including readings from the psalms by Mrs Ann Rowlands, Mrs Mair McDarren, Mrs Carol Lindsey and Mrs Sian Roberts. We had musical contributions from Mrs Glenys Jones, Parti Plant Ysgol Henblas Llangristiolus, and members of the Bodedern Young Farmers Club. The congregation was enthralled by their wonderful singing. Sincere thanks to everyone. The Rev. Neil Ridings officiated at the service, and on the way home, everyone was given a special pack of harvest biscuits. Special thanks to Sylvia for arranging everything in her usual highly competent fashion!

Messy Church27 September, 2014
Everyone had a fun filled day! There were 24 children plus parents, grandparents and aunties and uncles. Our theme was ‘Jesus walking on the water’ and ‘The calming of the storm’. We all had fun making origami boats, fish and whales, squonks, storm bottles, sandals for walking on the shore and playing flap the fish.Thank you to everyone for all your support.

A beautiful display of flowers interlinked with fresh vegetables was displayed by a group of talented ladies from the church. The wheelbarrow of food has been donated to the 'Lighthouse Project' in Holyhead to help support and feed the homeless.
Mock Wedding20 July, 2014
On Sunday afternoon, 20th July, the children of Eglwys y Drindod Bryngwran held a ‘mock’ wedding. The church was full to see Isabelle and Thomas getting married, and the bride looked very beautiful with her little bridesmaids and page boys. Aaron was the vicar in charge of the service and he carried out his duties confidently. After the service a luxury car whisked away the happy couple and their attendants to the reception at the Hive, RAF Valley. More than 50 people joined them at the Hive to enjoy a wonderful afternoon tea to celebrate the marriage. Thanks to everyone who organized the event, especially Sylvia and Margaret, and many thanks to Wynne for the lovely photographs.

Pancake Night in Cartio Môn
On Tuesday 4th March, we all met for a social evening at Cartio Môn. First of all, we had pancakes and a cup of tea, and then held a pancake flipping competition, under the watchful eye of the judge, Mr Goronwy Parry. The evening finished with a game of Bingo and a raffle. Thanks to Bill for leading the activities. Everyone had a good time! The profit of £73 went towards the funds of Holy Trinity Church, Bryngwran.
