On Monday afternoon March 14, 2016, the 'marriage' of Carwyn and Emily was celebrated at Trinity Church Bryngwran. The children were responsible for the whole service, and it was wonderful to see family and friends coming together to celebrate this happy day. The wedding breakfast was held at the school, with a beautiful wedding cake. Thanks to everyone who worked so hard coaching the children – they did a fantastic job!
Palm Sunday Walk of Witness
Our Palm Sunday Walk of Witness was held in Rhosneigr with the Chapel, Anglican, Catholic and Evangelical churches coming together to worship. We began the morning with children's crafts and activities and then, with the help of two donkeys, we walked through Rhosneigr village stopping at each church to pray and sing. After the walk we headed back to the village hall for a short service where the children led us in worship and prayer and showed us all the crafts they had made. Following the service we all enjoyed a hot cross bun and refreshments. A huge thank you to everyone for all their help.
